Day1: Chengdu/Lhasa
Meet at Chengdu Airport in the morning. Fly to Lhasa. Arrivie at Lhasa Gongar Airport, meet local guide and transferred to Lhasa city, Check in and have a good rest, overnight in Lhasa.

Day2: Sightseeing in Lhasa city
After breakfast, drive to visit the Potala Palace. After lunch , visit Jokhang Temple and Barkhore Street, overnight in Lhasa.

Day3: Lhasa/Namtso Lake / Yangbache hot-spring/Lhasa  
Day tour to Namtso Lake via Yangpachen hot-spring. On the way you will see Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass. Namtso Lake is the sky lake which is one of the three holy lakes, and also the highest salt lake. You can do a bit trekking at the lake side . On the way back , you will have a chance to have hot-spring at Yangbachen. Overnight in Lhasa

Day4: Lhasa/Yamdrok lake / Shigatse
Pass Gangbala Pass which is over 5000m, from there you will see Lake Yamdrok which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Afternoon drive to Shigatse. visit Tashilhunpo Monastery,Overnight at Shigatse Hotel.

Day5: Shigatse / New Tinggri (Shegar)/ Rongbuk Monastery / E.B.C
Early morning start driving to Rongbuk via Shegar. The road is a bit rough, on the way you will cross over Gyatsola Pass at 5,220 m, which is the highest enroute.Rongbuk is the highest monastery in Tibet, still a good point to see Mt.Everst. Afternoon start trekking from Rongbuk to E.B.C , it takes about 2 hours. Or you can take animal carriage ( 65rmb/per person). Overynight at E.B.C tent Guesthouse.(dorm beds).
Note: The entrance fee of Mt. Everest Base Camp is 180rmb/per person. Then Entry fee of the Landcruiser to E.B.C. is 405rmb. If the weather is quite there ,you will have a chance to see the sunset

Day6: Mt. Everest Base Camp / Zhangmu  
Get across the 5,000 m high Nyalmo Tong La, With clear view the Shisha Pangma high over 8,000 m on one side and the other side the enormous Gaurisankar ranges stretch forward in the distance. Drive over the Thang-La Pass (5214 m) to Nylam. Afterwards visit the meditation cave of Milarepa. Along the zigzag road we drive down Nyalam (3.600 m) gradually and leave the landscape of the high plateau behind us and see the Himalayas covered in the sea of clouds. Overnight at Zhangmu Hotel

Day7: Zhangmu �?Katmandu
Cross the border between Tibet and Nepal to Katmandu, capital of Nepal. The city lies in the southern foot of the Himalaya Range. The geographic location and the people here are quite different from those of Tibetan cities. Surely find many new things. Overnight at Katmandu

1. Tour arrangement required 3-4 days (working day, from Monday-Friday) to process. It takes longer time during the China Golden Week (May day holiday and National day holiday)

2. If you want to reserve the tour in advance, you are required to pay certain amount of money for deposit and fax us the copies of your passort and china visa for TTP application.

3.According to the Tourism Bureau Policy, travel agency will not be responsbile for any kind of loss and damage of property due to the factors caused by force majeure (such as landslide, snowslide, mud-rock flow, flood or any other kind of natural calamities, delayed or cancellation of airlines). 4. You won't get your deposit back if you give your reservation up. And if you decide to terminate the tour unilaterally or even go over the side during the trip, your action will be regarded as against to the contract, and the contract will immediately become null and viod, and you must be fully responsible for any concequency caused by your irresponsible action.
