Tour Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your trip, please send us your Email, we will not accept cancellations made by phone call. Cancellation charges will be calculated as of the date we receive your cancellation. Cancellation charges and refunds shall be calculated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Mix Hostel as well as the local tour operator policy. If you are due a refund, you first must return your air tickets and train tickets if applicable to us. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you by west union or wire transfer, and processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation. The charges of transferring money back to you are on your own, it will be deducted upon wire transferring. The cancellation fee will be a certain percentage of the land tour price as follows: After the tour begins, any extra charges caused by clients' changes will be added, as tickets cancellation fee, etc. Any unused portion is neither refundable nor exchangeable. If we have to cancel the tour due to the circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, political upheavals, air or rail transportation company etc., we will endeavor to find an alternative tour for the clients or refund all money have been paid except of the flight / train tickets cancellation charge. A full refund will constitute final settlement for the clients; Chengdu Mix Hostel and the Travel Agency in Lhasa shall not be held responsible for any expenses that may have incurred as a result of the client's booking. If a tourist has to leave his tour group because of accident, injury, or serious illness, a refund of 50% of the unused tour fare shall be made to the tourist. All cancellations made are subject to a non-refundable fee of 600 RMB. This fee reflects only Lazybones Hostel and local tour operator’s costs of administering a reservation. We are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. |
